This Parenting-Neglect Education program provides court-ordered parenting education focused on child safety, supervision, basic care, and appropriate discipline. It supports parents and caregivers in understanding how unmet physical, emotional, and developmental needs can affect a child’s well-being and safety in the home.Participants build practical skills related to supervision, communication, emotional attunement, and protective decision-making. Tailored to childrens developmental stages, including infants and toddlers (0–4), school-age children (5–11), and adolescents (12–17), addressing age-appropriate expectations and caregiving guidance.

Sessions:

Curriculum Focus: Sessions emphasize safe supervision practices, understanding developmental needs, improving emotional responsiveness, strengthening protective decision-making, and identifying patterns that contribute to neglectful behavior.

Program Requirements: Participants may attend multiple sessions based on their court order, CPS case plan, or attorney recommendation. Clients are responsible for verifying the total number of sessions required.

Format Options: Classes are offered live on Zoom or in-person ( Zoom links or in-person locations can be found in your intake email once you complete intake).The same curriculum is used in both formats to meet standard court and child welfare requirements.

Attendance Policy: Clients must arrive on time and participate for the full session to receive credit. A certificate will be issued once all required sessions have been completed.
