• Our court-mandated education programs are facilitated by trained and certified facilitators and use evidence-based curricula commonly accepted by courts, probation departments, CPS/DFCS, attorneys, and referring agencies. Programs are educational in nature and focus on accountability, skill-building, and behavior change rather than therapy or counseling.

    Our Anger Management program follows an evidence-based curriculum commonly accepted by courts and probation departments.

    Our Parenting Education and Parent-Child Neglect education programs are also evidence-based and incorporate structured parenting curricula, including Active Parenting and Nurturing Parenting–informed approaches, with a focus on child development, safe caregiving, supervision, communication, and protective factors that support family stability.

    Our Domestic Violence Education (Victims) program is education- and advocacy-informed, focusing on safety awareness, understanding abuse dynamics, empowerment, and access to community resources.This program is designed to support individuals affected by domestic violence, as defined under Califonia law.

    Acceptance of any program is determined by the referring court, probation officer, CPS worker, attorney, or agency. Policies vary by jurisdiction, and we cannot guarantee acceptance in all counties or states. Clients are fully responsible for confirming program acceptance with their referring authority before enrolling or purchasing sessions.

    We do not offer refunds if a court or agency does not accept a program, delivery format, or Zoom-based participation. Enrollment and purchase indicate that the client has confirmed program acceptance with their referring authority.

  • Enrollment is simple:

    • Pay the $50 intake fee to begin the enrollment process.

    • After payment, you will receive a welcome email with the required intake form.

    • On the intake form, you will select your program, choose your format (Zoom or In-Person), and pick your weekly class day and time.

    • Once your intake is submitted, you will be added to the attendance list for your selected program and schedule.

    • You may then purchase sessions individually or as a bundle. Payments must be made under the same name used on your intake.

    • Once sessions are purchased, participants are expected to attend their next scheduled weekly class based on the day and time selected during intake


  • Yes. You must attend the same weekly class day and time that you selected on your intake form.

    Your assigned schedule ensures consistent attendance, accurate progress tracking, and prevents over-capacity in any session.

    If you need to attend a different class time, please email us in advance so we can check availability and approve a schedule change.

    Weekly attendance is required to stay active in your program and continue earning your required hours.

  • You will complete the number of hours/sessions required by your referring agency such as, court, probation, CPS/DCFS worker, employer, or attorney.

    Session length by program:

    • Anger Management: 1 hour per session

    • Domestic Violence Education (Victims): 1 hour per session

    • Parenting Education / Parenting Neglect: 1.5 hours per session

  • Yes. We offer Zoom sessions throughout the week.

    Payment for Zoom sessions must be made at least 30 minutes before the meeting you plan to attend so we can verify your purchase. You may pay per session or purchase a bundle for convenience. Only paid participants will be admitted.

    To join your Zoom session, use the Zoom link provided in your Welcome email. This link stays the same every week for your assigned class time.

    Zoom Attendance Requirements:

    • Cameras must remain on for the entire session so attendance can be verified.

    • Sessions will be locked 5 minutes after the start time. No late entries will be admitted.

    • Only paid participants will be admitted into the Zoom session.

    • You may not attend while driving or riding in a moving vehicle.

    • You must be in a quiet, private location with minimal distractions.

    • Microphones must remain muted unless speaking during discussion.

    • You must be fully present and visible for the entire session to receive credit.

    • Your Zoom display name must match the name on your intake form so attendance can be accurately tracked.

  • Yes. All clients who need tracking (such as court, probation, CPS, or employer documentation) must complete the required intake form and ($50) fee before attending any in-person or Zoom sessions.

    This intake form collects required participant information and allows us to add you to the attendance list for accurate record-keeping and documentation.

  • Your weekly day and time are selected during your intake form.

    Once you choose your program, format (Zoom or In-Person), and weekly class time on the intake form, that becomes your assigned weekly schedule.

    To ensure your attendance is tracked correctly:

    • Payment must be completed before attending any session.

    • Bundle purchases are automatically applied to your attendance file each week you participate.

    • If paying per session, please complete your online payment at least 30 minutes before class so you can be added to the attendance list.

    • For in-person sessions, please arrive 10–15 minutes early if paying on-site so check-in can be completed. We accept website payments, Zelle or cash. Bring exact change if paying cash.

    If you need to change your weekly class time, please email us in advance.

    Schedule changes are approved based on availability.

  • No. Our program is educational only and is not clinical therapy.

    It is not a substitute for mental-health treatment or professional therapy.

    We teach practical skills for anger management, communication, conflict reduction, and emotional regulation.


  • Weekly attendance is required to keep you on track with your program.

    Zoom Sessions:

    If you join more than 5 minutes late, the meeting will be locked and you will not be admitted.

    In-Person Sessions:

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may stay for the session, but it will not count toward your required hours.

    Missed or Late Sessions:
    Purchasing a session indicates intent to participate in continuous weekly attendance, not sporadic or drop-in sessions.

    Missed or late sessions do not roll over to the next week. Each session must be completed during the week it is scheduled.

    If you miss your session, you may contact us to see if there is an open spot within the same week.

    If no space is available, the missed session is non-refundable and must be repurchased.

  • Yes. Once you complete all of your required sessions, you will receive a Certificate of Completion documenting all of your completed hours/sessions. You may submit this certificate to your court, probation officer, CPS worker, employer, or any referring agency that requires proof of completion.

  • .We are currently developing personal growth programs that are separate from court-mandated services.

    These offerings will focus on skill-building, self-awareness, and personal development and are not tied to court or agency requirements.

  • All programs are offered to adults 18 years and older.

  • No. Once you select a format (Zoom or in-person) on your intake form, you are expected to remain in that format for the duration of your program.

    Permanent format changes may be approved on a case-by-case basis due to circumstances such as work schedule changes or transportation issues. Requests must be submitted in advance and approved before attending sessions in a different format.

    Switching formats week-to-week or on a drop-in basis is not permitted. This policy ensures accurate attendance tracking and consistent documentation for your referring agency

  • If you get disconnected, please rejoin as soon as possible.

    If you miss more than 10 minutes due to technical issues, the session may not count toward your required sessions.

  • All payments are non-refundable, including payments for:

    • Missed sessions

    • Late arrivals

    • Technology issues

    • Removal due to disruptive behavior

    • Stopping attendance

    • Failure to complete the program

    Unused sessions do not carry over to future weeks.

    Please confirm with your referring agency that this program and your chosen format (Zoom or in-person) are accepted before purchasing.

    By purchasing sessions, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
