Once you submit your intake, you may purchase the number of sessions you are required to complete—either individually or in a bundle. You will be added to the attendance list for the format you selected in the intake form (In-Person or Zoom).
In-Person Sessions:
• Arrival: If paying in person or completing paperwork, please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and to receive your receipt.
• Payment: We accept website payments, Zelle, or cash. Please note: We do not keep cash on-site; if paying in person, you must bring exact change.
• Location: Meeting addresses are provided in your Intake Welcome Email once intake is complete.
Zoom Sessions:
• Payment deadline: To ensure your purchase is verified, Payment must be made at least 30 minutes before the session starts.
• Start Time: To maintain group privacy, Zoom meetings are locked 5 minutes after the start time. Late arrivals after this window will not be admitted.
• Access: Your secure Zoom link is provided in your Intake Welcome Email once intake is complete.

• The Anger Cycle: Understanding physical warning signs and emotional patterns.
• Cool-Down Strategies: Practicing immediate techniques for emotional regulation.
• Assertive Communication: Learning to express needs without aggression or hostility.
• Conflict Resolution: Developing healthy, proactive problem-solving skills.
• Impact Awareness: Evaluating how anger affects health, family, and career.
